- Any sizes other than the above will require a
prototype and associated approvals.
- IMPORTANT: All sizes, trims and specs should be approved by your publication bindery BEFORE PRODUCTION.
- This format is set up for a .25 (1/4") or less head trim and a .125 (1/8") grind off.
Your publication bindery may require different trim and grind off, check with them.
- If a foot trim is required contact Evatone.
- Stock: 7-point CIS cover weight, coated one side.

- IMPORTANT: Your publication bindery should provide trim requirements and approve this format before production.
Trim: See notes under Finished Size and incorporate this in the design of the sleeve.
- Format can include: Up to 3 inserts including booklets, folders. Contact Evatone for more details.
- The CD and printed components will be automatically inserted into this sleeve. If there is no printed insert a plain "buck slip" (4.75" x 4.75") is used to facilitate automated insertion of the CD. Please contact us to print on this "buck slip".
- This sleeve is permanently bound into the publication with a tear strip at the top that allows the CD to be removed, then replaced for future use. We recommend adding instructions on your artwork to help the end user remove the CD.
- Prints one side only.
- Varnish required.
