6 - 10 panel U-Card: 100# text weight, coated 2 sides

- Supplying digital files:
Evatone accepts digital files in the popular industry standard application for MAC and PC. To ensure problem-free and timely processing please use the following guidelines to prepare your file(s).
File Preparation:
- We recommend using Evatone Templates (online or contact your representative) to prepare your graphics
- Halftone images should be scanned at 300 dpi to ensure proper output resolution
- Supply all final color halftone images as CMYK
Preparing files for Disk or Transfer:
- Place all fonts (screen and printer) into separate clearly labeled folder
- Put all application files/art files and placed artwork images into a separate clearly labeled folder
- Include a black & white or color laser copy of the digital file
- Include a directory printout of what is on the disk
- Customer supplied film: NOTE: A digital file is preferred for submission of your graphics file. This will allow us to output your files to proper specifications and if necessary make adjustments or corrections that may be needed. If you prefer to supply film, please contact your Evatone representative for more details.
- Specifications and size tolerances: Provided with each template.
- Bleed/Trim/Glue Areas: Be certain to review the template and incorporate necessary bleed, trim and glue area requirements.
- Margins: Dotted line margins shown near fold lines (within the template) indicate live area for copy. Copy should remain within these image areas to assure proper placement when folded.
